Heyyyy! It's your favorite fun loving, outgoing, hype girl! You can often find me curled up with a good book and a cup of tea, crying through "The Notebook," or diving into about one million Pinterest mood boards that showcase the MANY photoshoots I want to try my hand at. Seriously, guys, there are tons of cool ideas out there. A wedding in the mountains of Tennessee?? Consider me your complimentary photographer... (I'm kidding.... kind of.)
Believe it or not, I spent the majority of my life focused on becoming a large animal vet. Yeah. I had a college picked out, I started college as a PSEO student at 15 years old, I shadowed local veterinarians at about 13, and I still have endless piles of animal health books, including the "Merck Veterinary Manual." I promise you, it's way scarier than it sounds. I was nothing if not committed.
Ever since I made the decision that perhaps it wasn't the right path for me, I've been a little lost. How could I dedicate so many years of my life to something I was so passionate about and then just... stop? To this day, I don't have a good answer for anyone, including myself. I do know, however, that nothing has felt quite so right as having a camera in my hands.

I can't even describe to you the amount of shock I think most of my family and friends experienced when I announced my new journey. As someone who has always been a creator, writer, and artist, perhaps it should not have been such a surprise.
Capturing your family, wedding, senior, or just you has been the ultimate journey for me. Nothing gives me such a rush as a photoshoot does. Seriously. I get a little glow in my skin during and after your photoshoot. This is something I've truly developed such a passion for. Every day, every couple, every person, is a blessing. I am honored to be the human being that you have trusted to capture the most intimate, precious, and beautiful moments of your life. Your family photoshoot is as important to me as your wedding is. These moments, captured forever, are going to be something you can cherish for so many years to come.
